本品撇口，束劲，丰肩，弧腹，圈足；整器端庄典雅，设色妍美，光彩华丽。口沿绘一周如意云头纹，颈部绘变体蕉叶、缠枝花卉及如意云头纹各一周，胫部饰花卉纹及蓝料彩回纹各一周，为腹部主题纹饰“婴戏”图定上下边框。碗心饰仙鹤纹，仙鹤展翅立于祥云之上。仙鹤寓意长寿，为清代瓷器上所常见的吉祥图案。外壁绘一孩童手捧花瓶，瓶内插五谷、如意衔彩灯，寓意“五谷丰登”。另一孩童手持鱼形灯，寓意“年年有余”。天上有红色的蝙蝠，寓意“洪福齐天”。整体纹饰色彩亮丽，构图疏密有致，画工精细。
