16th century The cup intricately decorated with meandering lotus blossoms amidst leafy scrolls against on a white ground to the interior and on a turquoise ground to the exterior, the interior with a central roundel enclosing a Sanskrit symbol; the circular dish with a central raised section encircled with ruyi-head flowers, enamelled with scrolling lotus surrounded by a band of various flowers on a turquoise ground, the everted rim with further floral on a white ground.
