现任乐山师院美术系副教授。长期以来，刘芯涛坚持以日常体
验、都市生存、社会变迁等主题作为创作线索，影射今日世界的
黯淡，同时也保持着光亮的信心。刘芯涛油画最重要的特点，除
了黑白灰的色调，就是他画中表现的都市夜色，特别是城乡结合
部特有的景观，加上艺术家描绘的具有性暗示的私密动作，很容
易将观众置于窥视的角度，诱使观众的心理、意识、欲望等等产
生波动。
