|棉布矿物胶彩|藏东||本套唐卡为佛本生系列唐卡中的三幅。佛本生故事脱胎于古印度梵文佛经，主要讲述佛祖宿世的种种善行，藉以宣扬佛教布施、忍辱等思想。三幅唐卡主尊皆为释尊，头饰螺发，面相庄严，上身披袈裟，下身着僧裙，结跏趺坐，但所结法印不同，依次为与愿印、禅定印和说法印。主尊周围的空间被分为十格，每格中都描绘了本生故事情景。整幅唐卡构图传统，布局规整，方格式的布局尚有早期遗韵，青山绿水的背景展现了晚期唐卡注重自然气韵的特点；设色雅致靓丽，用色丰富多彩，人物造型生动，身姿自然写实；尤为难得的是，每个方格下均有藏文题记，标明故事具体内容，实为宗教修持和艺术收藏的不二之选。
