The polychromy later (19th century) and worn with remnants of old polychromy. Damages due to age and restorations. Property of a Thuringian noble family, formerly inventory of Poschwitz Castle. Bibliographisches Institut Leipzig 1938, p. 106. The reliefs show strong influences from paintings and graphic works by Michael Wolgemut (1434-1519), among others. The painting "The Kiss of Judas" from the workshop of Michael Wolgemut (1434-1519) was designed for the high altar of the town church in Schwabach (around 1506/1508), the relief panel shows very similar combinations of figures.
