此铜猪鎏金饱满，呈站立行走状，大口大张，露尖牙及舌头，鬓毛竖起，显示出其威严霸气。颈部繋有一连珠带饰，腹部有一长方形孔洞，似为装藏之用。猪为六畜之首，因此它的可爱造型经常在民间艺术中出现，寓意富贵吉祥，家宅兴旺，万事合和。此铜鎏金猪应制作于乾隆时期，为藏传佛教法器。现历经数百年沧桑，仍能保存如此完好，实为难得。
