|塔自下而上分别为须弥座，逐层收分的叠涩式圆形塔基，中间饰凸弦纹和上下饰如意纹的覆钵式塔瓶，塔瓶上为方形平头，上饰莲瓣纹，逐层向上收分的圆形十三天，纹饰精美的华盖，最上为葫芦形宝顶塔刹。此塔通体鎏金，须弥座装饰别致，四角以金刚杵为支柱，四面的中间饰佛像，两边对称饰雄狮，上下饰莲瓣纹，工艺精致，金光闪耀。座底原封藏未动。|在藏式善逝八佛塔形制中，以圆形为塔基的佛塔只有一种，即按照吠舍离窣屠波式样建造的圆形三级宝塔，以纪念佛陀在毗舍离城加持延寿三个月，名为尊胜塔。八种佛塔均主要据塔基式样而名，此塔基为圆形，有可能名尊胜塔。
