Above the D-shaped white marble tops and the conforming frieze with Persian enamel, centered by a female mask and flanked by a gilt-metal plaque depicting a shepherd and shepherdess, raised on stop-fluted legs, joined by an incurved stretcher with enamel plaques, raised on gilt-metal paw feet.
