It is described on page 156 as "Dandolo Leaving St. Mark / 51 x 43" within a section devoted to the auction results for roughly 80 different watercolors by Haghe. "T. Blackburn" is listed as the consignor. Apparently the piece did not sell during the auction in 1865 (i.e. "Bt. in." printed in the buyer column is probably short for "bought in"), however, the 477 pounds and 15 shillings figure recorded at that time was the second highest amount for any of Haghe's watercolors auctioned between 1860 and 1884. In present day terms, that amount equates to nearly $60,000.
