殷憲，1943年生於太原市，一級美術師。四屆中國書協學術委員、山西省書協藝術指導委員會副主任，大同市書協主席，中華詩詞學會會員、山西省詩詞學會副會長，山西省楹聯藝術家學會副會長，中國魏晉南北朝史學會顧問，中國社會科學院歷史研究所北朝史研究基地主任，《北朝研究》主編。自幼酷愛書法，行草初學王羲之，後習顏魯公，並參以魏碑筆意，小楷融鐘繇、顏楷，漢簡用筆和行書行氣於一體，古樸厚重，典雅自然。
