顧二娘，中國清代女製硯工匠，本姓鄒，嫁到以治硯為業的顧家，蘇州人，生卒年不詳，約活動於雍正至乾隆之際。顧二娘製硯，做工不多，以清新質樸取勝，雖有時也鏤剔精細，但卻秾纖合度、巧若神工。另外她還善於巧妙地利用石紋的“眼”作為鳳尾翎來鐫刻硯的圖案，收到良好的效果。故宮博物院中藏有顧二娘佳作。
