鼻烟壶作扁壶样式，平口，束颈较长，弧腹，椭圆圈足。器身两侧双螭龙攀爬，身躯颀长，纵贯器身。壶体两面圆形开光，内施黑釉，作团龙纹，开广外饰以缠枝莲纹。 此壶虽小，但具大气象，柔和了掐丝珐琅、錾胎珐琅、鎏金、镶嵌等多种清中期常见的工艺，其鎏金凝亮、色彩艳丽、施釉饱满、纹饰级别甚高，方寸之间，可见匠心之天地。
