说明：色地粉彩开光山水图碗创烧于乾隆时期，据《清宫造办处活计清档》载，乾隆八年（1743）五月，唐英交“锦上添花三色膳碗二十六件”，分别为胭脂红、蓝、黄不同地色，其中红地十件，蓝地六件，黄地十件，开光内以宫廷画家稿样成画，四季山水人物主题相同，但画样无一重复，据台北故宫博物院出版物研究，此式粉彩碗“观赏价值大于实用”。
拍品与故宫博物院藏乾隆朝同式开光碗品种相近，碗心饰宝相花，外壁黄地轧道开光，开光内分绘春柳观瀑、夏荷垂钓、秋山访友、冬雪寻梅四季图，所绘山水楼台错落有致，点景人物层次分明。
