以和田白玉制成牌子，玉质厚实，四边倭角，转折圆润。表面满布灰沁，沁斑古朴，巧雕一颗古松立于山石之上，枝干虬曲有力，松针亭亭如盖，奇石陡峭嶙峋。高浮雕一只灵猴附身前探，伸手采芝，五官雕琢精细，背上以浅细阴线表示毛发，短尾可爱，后腿蹲曲，颇具动势。背面牌首阴刻线状流云，正中长方形开光内阳起碾“采芝献寿”四字，落“文玩”款。字体秀逸俊朗，行云流水。此器种质甚佳，作工周到，巧妙利用天然沁色，可谓妙用天成，用心良妙，味深韵长。
