The vase is potted with a lower body of slightly compressed spherical shape on a slightly spreading foot,the upper body of pear shape with waisted neck and flaring rim, finely decorated with various dragons in flight, reserved on an intricate clouds ground. It is decorated to the bulbous lower section with a sash tied in a ribbon to the centre, enamelled in iron-red and gilt.
