隋易夫,1923年3月出生，原名隋述先，山东海阳人。擅长中国画。 自学绘画。他早年参加革命，当过新华社随军记者、文学刊物的主编，青岛市文联副主席和青岛画院首任院长、山东美协常务理事等职。他的革命经历、丰富的文学素养和厚重的艺术底蕴在经过半个多世纪潜心修炼后，融入他的笔墨之中，使他达到澄明、浑厚、大气的境界。特别是在步入晚年之后，他好像告别了旧的时空隧道，心态返老还童，艺术青春焕发。
