胡振朗,1938年10月1日出生于浙江永康市，1963年毕业于浙江美术学院（现为中国美术大学〕中国画系。曾师从潘天寿、陆俨少等绘画大家。其作品浑然天成，画风自成一派独具个性，对艺术创作更是精益求精。长期任职于上海美术家协会至1999年。现为国家一级美术师，上海市黄浦画院院长，上海市文史研究馆馆员，上海市美术家协会理事，上海中国画院画师，上海国画艺术委员会委员，中国美术家协会会员。
