曹鸿勋（1846年2月3日—1910年9月9日）清代官员。字仲铭，又字竹铭，号兰生，另号铭帛，室名益坚斋。山东莱州府潍县（今潍坊市潍城区）西南关新巷子人。光绪二年（1876年）中丙子科状元、历任修撰、湖南学政提督、云南永昌知府，调云南府，授迤东道，官至陕西巡抚，为官清廉。任上开办延长油厂，打出中国陆地中第一口油井，史称“老一井”。曹鸿勋还以书法名世。北京故宫、颐和园及潍坊等处都留下不少墨迹石刻。
