1994年入北京潭柘寺潛心創作。 1996至2004年先後八次赴甘南藏區寫生考察。 1996年於北京畫店舉辦個展。1996年在加拿大駐華大使館舉辦畫展。 1997年在京美國人俱樂部舉辦畫展。1997年在北京千鴻藝苑舉辦個展。 1998年於中國美術倌舉辦“五人聯展”。 2000年參加“2000年全國中畫展”。 2001年參加“新時代中國畫展”。2002年參加“全國青年實力派畫家作品邀請展”。2003年參加中國藝術研究院美術研究所舉辦的“2003年中國畫提名展”。2004年參加“黃賓虹獎獲獎畫家作品展”、“第二屆人物畫展－紀念蔣兆和誕辰一百周年”。
