此件香薰以『大象』为题材，大象双目微睁，尖牙微龇，长鼻卷曲。大象体态健硕，四肢有力，身配璎珞嵌以各色宝石，虽经久岁月宝石有所脱落，但亦能观器想象出其富贵华丽之像。背部折枝花锦袱之上，驮如意云头缠枝花卉纹镂空香薰。身上各式莲瓣纹、卷草纹、缠枝纹运用到极致。此件香熏精铜铸造，体形硕大，气度季芹雍容，做工精巧，繁而不乱，应为当年贵族使用之物。
