PROVENANCE: From St Matthew, Louisville, KY Private Collector. Measurements: Height: 30.7 cm, Diam.: 17 cm Chinese Qing Dynasty QianLong Douqing Open Carved Motif Porcelain Vase. The Porcelain potted in a amphora shaped vase, large and tall, globular oval body with open carved auspicious pattern, rounded shoulder concealing gracefully to a prominent cylindrical neck, flaring mouth rim, emerging two dragon archaic pattern flanked fon the neck, raised on a ring foot base rim and slight concave. All reserved in pale-turquoise- pale green celadon under glazed ground, the green glaze creates a mottled effect around the rim which is likened unto the blushing of human pale white skin. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
