簡介：任仁發，中國元代畫家。原名霆，字子明，號月山道人，松江(今上海市松江縣)人。生於宋寶佑二年(1254)七月十二日，卒於元泰定四年(1327)十二月。曆官都水庸田使司副使、中憲大夫、浙東道宣慰使司副使等職，主要從事水利興修，曾先後主持過吳淞江、通惠河、會通河、黃河、練湖和海堤等工程，在中國水利史上作出過有益貢獻，著《水利答》10卷。
