识文： 工造五凤，永交九彝。 款识：枚叔先生属，集汉铜盘铭字。荭渔弟叶玉森 。钤印：荭渔（朱） 叶玉森印（白） 章炳麟上 款。作者简介：叶玉森（1880～1933），字荭渔，号中冷，江苏镇江人。曾任滁县、当涂等县知事，1930年后为上海交通银行总管理处秘书长。精研商卜文，能诗词。著有《枫园画友录》。上款简介：章炳麟（1869～1936），字枚叔，号太炎，浙江余杭人。著名国学大师。早年从经学大师俞樾受经史之学，以学者之饱学通识涉足书坛，起点极高。沙孟海评其书“高淳朴茂，笔法自然近古，属古文字学别派”。善篆书行草，用笔纯熟，古朴清雅。
