鉴 藏印：党澐私印（朱） 郃阳党澐（朱） 党静梵审藏金石文字（朱） 旧拓本1幅 纸本提要：此拓上附铭文，下制全形。有墨笔 题识：“祖庚鼎，子执旗形、皿形，祖庚父辛”字样。藏家简介：党晴梵（1885～1966），名澐，字晴梵，亦作晴帆，号待庐主人、邻泉村人、西河山人等，以字行于世，陕西合阳人。早年考中秀才，1906年赴上海，入于右任主持的中国公学读书，1911年在西安创办《国民新闻》，新中国成立后任西北大学教授、民盟西北总支部委员、政协陕西省第一届委员会主席等职。精于金石书画鉴赏，著有《华云杂记》、《晴梵诗稿》、《待庐存稿》等。
