|说明：宋杭州朱绍安刻本《大方广佛华严经》，版刻精良，印工上乘，字取欧体，收录《中国国家图书馆古籍珍品目录》。本经系如来成道后之第二个七日，于菩提树下为文殊、普贤等上位菩萨所宣说之自内证法门，此一华严经教乃教法中之根本法轮，故称’称性本教’。又因本教法属顿教法门，故亦称初顿华严。内容记述佛陀之因行果德，开显出重重无尽、事事无碍之妙旨。《华严经》虽出于印度，然尚未发挥本经玄旨，直至我国华严宗成立，才充分发扬其真谛奥义。相传佛灭度后，此经在印度曾经隐没，后龙树菩萨弘扬大乘，便将它流传于世。
