Very fine 15/16thC Thai Utong "C" Style Bronze Buddha. Sits 5 inches tall, total height on custom stand is 6.5 inches. This type is much rarer than its Ayuthaya counterpart (and much more sought after by collectors- especially these small very fine ones that look joyful rather than the more serious U-Tong types which are much more common). This is a 20+ year personal favorite. Even in the 1990's was quite expensive to purchase compared to other Thai Buddhas.
