Authentic Pyu or other very early Buddha tablet. Complete example in excavated condition. Years ago there were a number of these in the market place, but the authentic ones have mostly disappeared. I bought a group of early tablets about 10 years ago and kept a few of the best examples for myself, of which this is one. 3 1/8 inches tall. Most of the others were found in multiples- this type there was only this one found.
