Very large Tibetan or Nepalese Prayer Wheel. Size is an impressive 12 inches diameter, 16 inches tip to tip. I have a near match to this one (probably from the same grouping of 5 or 7 of them that were originally housed in the same frame). I'd sell the pair at a slightly reduced price. Twentieth century, though shows considerable ritual use. I had planned to make the pair into glass framed end tables for myself (and so they could spin again), but never found the time, and now do not have the space.
