Classic 16thC Northern Thai Bronze Buddha. Looks to have gone through a fire or a war, and yet still he sits here in meditation. Missing one arm and shoulder, which provides an interesting effect, as with the right hand intact, the mind fills in the missing parts to some degree. Well cast head is slightly cocked to one side. Beautiful Northern Thai face originally had inlaid eyes. Sits a nice size at 9.75 inches tall.
