RARE early Japanese set of six wooden Buddhas attached to what appears to be the original 500+ year old backpiece. Wooden figures are each approximately 4.75 inches tall (not including halos) , modern custom frame is 23.5 x 15.5 x 1.75, museum glass. Extremely rare set- to find one with original paint would be rare- to find a complete set attached with the original wooden pegs to the original board makes this piece unique.
