题识：本党为筹募党费基金，于三十五年十月发动党员特别捐承。黄和先同志慷慨捐输，爰题词以昭激劝。蒋中正。 钤印：蒋中正 释文：忠诚楷模。 （附蒋中正照片一张）蒋介石，幼名瑞元、谱名周泰、学名志清，后改名中正，字介石。浙江奉化人，是近代中国著名政治人物及军事家，曾任黄埔军校校长、国民革命军总司令、国民政府主席、行政院院长、国民政府军事委员会委员长、中华民国特级上将、中国国民党总裁、三民主义青年团团长、第二次世界大战同盟国中国战区最高统帅、中华民国总统等职。
