Description

此尊文殊菩萨像面宽额广，整体呈倒置梯形，表情深沉内省，双耳垂极大，双肩宽厚浑圆，胸部饱满，趺坐的双腿很为敦实厚重。发髻高束，头戴五叶宝冠，面庞方圆润，弯眉长目，相容静谧。身体略向右边倚斜，上身袒露，仅披帔帛，佩戴璎珞钏环。右肩莲花托宝剑，表示菩萨的智慧如利剑，能斩断一切烦恼与愚痴；左肩莲花托经书，代表般若智慧浩瀚如经卷。菩萨下着长裙，衣薄贴身，衣缘錾刻精美的纹饰。全跏趺坐于莲花宝座上，莲座为双层束腰仰覆莲座，上下各缘饰连珠纹一周。莲台背部漆红漆，从整体造像看，当属尼泊尔马拉王朝时期作品。
