溥心畬（1896-1963）名儒,字心畬,别号西山逸士.清恭亲王后裔.毕业于北京政法大学,辛亥革命后,隐居北京西山戒檀寺,专事绘画.擅长山水及亭台楼阁.昔时与张大千并称“南张北溥”。曾任中国画学研究会评议。1949年任教于台北国立师范大学出版有《寒玉堂论画》、《金石考略》等。
