谢无量（1884-1964）四川乐至人。原名蒙,字大澄,号希范,后易名沉,字无量,别署啬庵。1901年与李叔同、黄炎培等同入南洋公学。清末任成都存古学堂监督。民国初期在孙中山大本营任孙中山先生秘书长、参议长、黄埔军校教官等职。之后从事教育和著述,任国内多所大学教授。建国后,历任川西博物馆馆长、中国人民大学教授、中央文史馆副馆长。在学术、诗文、书法方面都允为一代大家。著有《中国大文学史》、《中国哲学史》、《诗经研究》、《佛学大纲》、《楚辞新论》、《中国古田制考》、《中国妇女文学史》、《谢无量书法》等。
