款识：仲廉先生有道正篆。丙寅孟夏之月，福厂弟王禔。|钤印：王禔私印（白）、福厂居士（朱） |释文：夜中不能寐，起坐弹鸣琴。|薄帷鉴明月，清风吹我襟。|孤鸿号外野，翔鸟鸣北林。|简介：王福厂，名禔，初名寿祺，字维季，号福厂，浙江杭州人。工书，凡钟鼎、籀隶无不能。清末与丁仁等创设西泠印社。民国初年到京，任印铸局技正，后至沪鬻字治印自给。解放后为中国画院画师。
