款识：迭叶与高节，俱从毫末生。流传千古誉，研炼十年情。向月本无影，临风疑有声。吾家钓台畔，似此两三茎。矫龙疑苍，踞虎肖白石。傥乘风云会，变化那可测。风味既淡泊，颜色不妩媚。孤生崖谷间，有此凌云气。乙亥年四月下浣，瑞棠凌叔华画于知止轩。|钤印：凌淑华印（白）、叔华（朱） |简介：凌叔华，原名凌瑞棠，笔名素心、叔华、瑞唐等，广东番禺人。1922年就读于燕京大学，并开始在《现代评论》发表小说，是五四女作家群的代表之一，是上世纪二十年代与冰心、林徽因齐名的“文坛三才女”之一。1956年后在新加坡南洋大学、加拿大等地教中国近、现代文化，后寓居英国。
