白玉质，雕作玉璧，形制规矩，双面满工勾连云纹，具有战国晚期西汉早期风格。勾连云纹是云纹的一种，最早流行于古代青铜器上的，是将T形、S形或C形云纹相互横向或斜向勾连，密布于器表，给人虚实交错、活泼生动之感。后在战汉时期的玉器上使用。此玉璧勾连云纹连绵不绝，排列规矩，属于勾连云纹的典型样式。
