A Chinese amber toggle carved with the figures of Li Taibai and an attendant dating from the 19th century. Dimensions are: 2 inches tall X 1 3/8 inches wide, 5.1 cm X 3.5 cm. Weight: 10.2 grams. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is one minuscule chip to the foot. It is in overall good condition with natural variations and inclusions to the amber. Provenance: From Mrs. Hillebrand in Chicago, Illinois. Her father-in-law purchased these items in China and Hong Kong between 1935 and 1970.
