A group of three Chinese dragon hooks dating from the 18th or 19th century. One hook is carved jadeite, and two are carved jade. One of the jade hooks features a carved Chilong along its shaft. Dimensions are: the largest hook with the Chilong measures 3 3/4 inches tall X 1 inches wide, 9.5 cm X 2.5 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The jadeite hook is drilled in multiple places, and it has minuscule chipping to the face. One jade hook is in good condition with natural variation to the stone. The jade hook with the Chilong has minuscule chips to one end, but is in overall good condition. Provenance: From a private New York City collection.
