题识：略取唐子华法朱梅邨作钤印：梅邨朱梅邨（1911-1993），名兆昌，自署独眼半聋居士，号花野渔父。江苏吴县人。幼年从师樊少云，从随舅父吴湖帆习画。就坊於苏州第二中学时因中耳炎改入私塾，从王康吉攻读古文6 年。19 岁即卖画为生。曾与叶恭绰、吴湖帆、张大千、冯超然等一起组织正社画会。三十年代故宫博物院举办赴伦敦画展，经吴湖帆推荐为保管员，得以观摹名画真迹。1949 年後任上海中国画院画师，上海文史馆员，并於上海美术专科学校、同济大学等院校事美术辅导工作。中国美术家协会会员。擅长中国画、年画。
