Set of Russian gilded silver and cloisonne enamel tea glass holders for husband and wife, Nemirov-Kolodkin, Moscow, circa 1895. Both enameled with a pattern of interlocking hearts interspersed with blossoms on a navy blue ground, both with shields enameled in champleve with Cyrillic initials (AV and EV respectively), struck with maker's marks and 88 silver standard. Gross weight of smaller: 156 grams; gross weight of larger: 220 grams. The larger 3 3/4 in. h x 4 1/2 in. width over handle; the smaller 3 1/8 in. h x 3 3/4 in. width over handle.
