George Washington Autograph Document Signed. One page, 9.25" x 3" (sight), Williamsburg; April 25, 1760. A receipt that reads in full: "Recd. of Mrs McKenzie Ten pounds Sixteen Shillings Being a year Intt on her Bond due 23 May next." Boldly signed, "Go: Washington." Matted and framed with an image of Washington, a print engraving of his tomb by J.W. Steel, and a placard to an overall size of 14.75" x 25.5". Not examined outside of the frame. Condition: Heavy chipping along edges including .5" open tear at top left corner and .5" tear on upper right corner has been reattached on verso by tape.
