款识：几叠峰峦暮霭深，寒林入画绕森森。何时雁阵横斜去，闲使残阳思不禁。癸亥嘉平月，白龙山人王震写。 钤印：王震大利、一亭 王一亭（1867～1938），名震，号白龙山人、海云楼主，浙江湖州人，寄居上海。为近代上海佛教的重要代表人物，曾先后任中国佛教协会执行委员兼常务委员、佛学书局董事长、世界佛教居士林副林长、林长等职。与任伯年、吴昌硕友善。工书画，缔造了“海上画派”人物画的新潮流，所作花果、鸟兽、佛像，雄健浑厚，为海上重要名家之一。
