卢智勇，字沐白，生于天津，为中国工美行业艺术大师，中国青年玉雕艺术家、天津市工艺美术大师、天津非物质文化遗产津派玉雕传承人、津派玉雕特级大师、上海海派玉雕大师。青年时代游历云南、广东、宁夏多地，锤炼木雕、石砚雕、翡翠雕多种技法，2004年起专注白玉设计创作，2011年独创“沐白牌”，打破传统牌型，将圆雕概念引入，获得国家著作权专利。卢智勇作品既有传统文化中的诗情画意，又有现代生活的思索体味，风格集南方之秀、北方之雄于一身，给人耳目一新、舒展别致之感。
