本品白玉瑞兽摆件，玉质上乘，雕工精绝，尽用佳材，构思巧妙，布局紧凑，纹饰工法泱泱古意，足见清代帝王慕古好雅之趣，其中又当以乾隆皇帝见着。本品尤为罕见；比较一相类作例，尺寸较大，售于香港苏富比1976年2月24日，编号52。另比一例，雕相类瑞兽口衔灵芝，出自仇焱之珍藏，曾售于香港苏富比2009年10月8日，编号1678本摆件重量感丰盈，灵感或来自于明代文房瑞兽纸镇。可比较一例，卧兽造型，随材而制，售于香港苏富比2006年10月8日，编号1150；另一例售于纽约佳士得2007年9月19日，编号64。
