杯敞口，深弧壁，圈足。器型小巧，胎壁轻薄，修胎规整，胎质细腻，釉面莹洁光泽，白釉为胎，矾彩作饰。外壁口沿及近足部各绘青花双线弦纹一周，腹部绘矾红彩龙，身姿矫健，腾跃于海面，龙须上扬，龙爪怒张，衬以海水波涛纹，生动威猛。足内书“大清乾隆年制”六字篆书书款。此对矾红云龙纹杯龙纹装饰十分醒目，红白对比强烈，做工精细，釉色莹亮，色彩妍丽。
