瓶口外撇，长颈，圆腹，腹下渐收，圈足素胎。口沿、颈部以弦纹承接肩部、腹部，腹部装饰模印缠枝花卉纹，立体感强，胫部为细莲瓣纹。整瓶造型端庄典雅，胎体浑厚，釉色温润光泽，纹饰雕刻精美细腻，体现了当时龙泉窑的特色，其制作工艺精湛，堪为龙泉窑青瓷罕见的艺术珍品。北京故宫博物院旧藏，有一件元龙泉窑青釉印花牡丹纹花觚，与此器型相似，亦可作参考！
