款识：“大明万历年制”六字楷书款 拍品蒜头口，细长颈，圆腹下垂，底承圈足。通体青花五彩装饰，釉上彩有红、黄、绿彩等。腹部以矾红彩及绿彩绘龙凤纹，运笔粗犷豪放，红彩鲜艳欲滴，绿釉青翠夺目。口沿下署青花楷体“大明万历年制”六字横排款。
