A pair of Chinese blue-ground porcelain lamps dating from the Republic period. Each lamp globe features three white-ground roundels with scenes of flowers and insects. The blue ground of the globes and stands feature incised linear decoration and flowers. Each stand sits on a wooden foot. Dimensions are: 13 inches tall X 7 inches wide, 33 cm X 17.8 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: One globe has a star crack with widespread areas of breakage and repair. There are small areas of glaze loss. The other globe and the stands have no noted damage.
