款识：“大清康熙年製”六字三行楷书款、“大清康熙年製”六字双行楷书款 拍品撇口，长颈，削肩，自肩下至足渐收削。因其造型纤细似柳叶，故有“柳叶瓶”之称；又因器形秀美如亭亭玉立少女，又称之为“美人肩”。足外墙有一圈无釉色胎，这是“柳叶瓶”的工艺特色之一。 水盂敛口，圆肩，直腹，近底内折，内凹圈足，其外通体天蓝釉，釉质细腻纯净，釉色谈雅柔和。 天蓝釉是康熙朝创烧的高温釉品种，其釉中氧化钴的含量在百分之一下，在高温还原焰中烧成的釉色如天蓝般幽淡隽永，使人赏心悦目。
